Important Village Meeting

Village Meeting Tuesday 5 th May 2015 As a resident of Bourne End, you are invited to a meeting on Tuesday 5 th May at 7.30 p.m. in the Village Hall to discuss the proposed new development of Bourne End Mills Industrial Estate.  The proposals would involve a mix of housing and industrial units.  An example of the kind of layout is shown below. Please note that neither the houses nor the industrial units will have vehicular access into Bourne End Lane as all vehicles will have to enter and exit via the A41 bypass. We would like your opinion on the proposals, so please make every effort to attend. Gordon Rolfe Chairman Bourne End Village Association

Charity Wing walk and Jazz Night

There's still time ..... to donate to Sophies's crazy Wing walk in aid of Gaddesden Place Riding for the Disabled ................ and buy your tickets for the Jazz Night. As you will know from your Bourne Ender, on Saturday, Sophie Gibbs will be Wing walking in aid of Gaddesden Place Riding for the Disabled.  As of Friday morning she has raised an astonishing £745.00, far in excess of the £200.00 target!  Donating is remarkably easy through the secure 'justgiving' website. .... and don't forget to buy your tickets for the Jazz Night on 24th of this month.  It promises to be a great evening.
